Last Scrambles of the Southern Hills 2010 season are next week.

Bill Schaffner made a Hole In One at the # 6 par 3 here and helped his team to a tie for the win at 8 under par.

The last scrambles of the 2010 season at Southern Hills are next week…Wednesday and Thursday. The famous Burger Bar will be only $3 as a ‘thank you’ to the players of this year’s season.

Bob Goff , playing at Belle Acres, aced the #9 hole from 160 yards with a 4 iron shot. The rare feat was witnessed by Larry Moores, Brent Moores, Rat Gentry, Jr Parrigin, Shane McCloud, Harrry Stewart.

Roger Holder made a hole in one on # 7 at White Plains Golf Course this past week. He used a 7 iron and drove it in from 255 yards.

BELLE ACRES – Ryan Allison’s 120 yard shot at the number nine here was as close as one can get, right in the cup! He not only scored the hole in one but also won the closest to the pin prize and was a member of the winning team. Of course his eagle, helped his team to their 9 under winning score on Monday August 24, 2009.

Bill and Trish Fielder

Congratulations to Trish Fielder, the first female to record a Hole-In-One at Southern Hills Golf and Country Club this year. Trish accomplished the feat June 28th, 2009 at hole # 6 usng a four iron. Her husband, Bill was the proud witness.
