Uppercumberlandgolf.com is live! A product of Upper Cumberland Media Group, Inc. this new web site will be your source for tournament results and schedules, news of the area courses, weekly league results, and a place where you can comment on golf in the Upper Cumberland area. We will focus on the Cookeville and Putnam county courses and may grow to cover a wider area of interest. If you have results of play and pictures of winners we welcome your submissions at info@uppercumberlandgolf.com .
Upppercumberlandgolf.com also manages the Scramble Tour, a league which plays each Wednesday at 5 p. m. The Scramble tour rotates play among the 6 courses in Putnam county during a 16 week season. Players draw each week for two-man teams and score points on a modified Stableford basis. Each player accumulates points toward a season championship. This season’s play begins on April 29th at Ironwood Golf Course. Play is open to all. Come join in the fun. More information on the Tour can be found here.
